Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at www.glanzlichter-competition.com. The version valid at the time of the order shall be applicable.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. An automatic confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is concluded only when the ordered goods are shipped or the order is explicitly accepted.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.

Payments can be made in advance, via PayPal, or using other methods specified in the shop. Bank details will be provided in the order confirmation.

Delivery is made to the specified shipping address. Partial deliveries are possible. Delivery time depends on order volume. In case of delays, withdrawal is only possible after a grace period has been set and expired.

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

You may revoke your order within 14 days without stating a reason. The period begins upon receipt of the last item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g., signed books).

In case of withdrawal, all payments (including delivery charges) will be refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered items. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, you are entitled to repair, replacement, withdrawal from the contract, or price reduction.

The seller is only liable for damages in cases of gross negligence or intent. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The privacy policy published at https://glanzlichter-competition.com/en/privacy-policy/ applies.

If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
